These terms define the framework of our SAP expertise interventions to ensure a transparent and secure collaboration.

1. Object & Services

SAPRION provides consulting, ABAP development and integration services (CPI, OData, Fiori). Each mission is governed by a specific quotation accepted by the Client.

2. Engagement & Responsibility

We act according to SAP industry standards. Our responsibility is limited to the compliance of deliverables according to validated specifications.

3. Confidentiality & Property

Professional secrecy is absolute. Specific developments remain the property of SAPRION unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Jurisdiction

The applicable law is that of Madagascar. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Antananarivo.
